This suit is a great find. It is well made and has great textures.
Peace on earth hunt - globe #96 @ !MPOSSIBLE FASHION

Negotium Quan over at Geezer Garments has added a prizes for picks board at his store. It alternates daily between two prizes (for now) and currently what he's offering is this Dandy Brown suit and the matching shoes.
The suit is a simple cut, no additional prims and Negotium did a really nice job matching up the checked pattern (which can sometimes be a problem on system jackets. There's a shirt, vest and jacket layer which means you can switch it up if you like.
It's off and running. Lots of participants and little time so I'm offering looks and links mostly -- and As usual, I tend to start in the middle and avoid the mad rush. (Plus give you something to look forward to as you work your way through the hunt.)
#138 Mutt Armories Air Assault Trooper - Full unform including boots, weapons and Hud
This may have been blogged before but I didn't have this suit so, you know... new to me.
Over the weekend, FFFM member and reader Juliet Broono was like a freebie radar, tossing tons of good finds onto the list. I got some good stuff but I think I may have found a new favorite casual designer... [e.style].
Nice textures and interesting details make these feel a little more....I dunno, finished, than your regular denims. The polo shirt is also really nice. I did have to widen the collar a touch but I like the look and fit of this shirt. The same went with the jacket... graphic is a logo but it's not overly glaring and the jacket comes with a bulker in case you want it too look more like a coat than a windbreaker.
Free stuff is on the second floor, but there are also lucky boards for furniture and a nice sky island on the first floor.
Our incredible members have been tossing out good tips all weekend. Hair, clothes, furniture, houses, and I'm thinking about doing a non-clothing gathering soon...for those of you settling in.
The sale only lasts until tomorrow night and in addition to clothing there are shapes for sale too.
For the Fight Club/RP/Inworld dancer side of you is this set called torn, with jeans and a ripped shirt.
I'm wearing the boxers from another set underneath, called Gangster appropriately... which has that loose low riding fit so popular among the rap set.

The Urban Shoppers by the Sea District is celebrating their anniversary and 23 creators are offering gifts. For once, I won't be wordy because it's a limited time hunt. It's possible there's more to be found but these three offerings were what I grabbed.
[Pixel Dolls] is offering a fat pack of their Eugene jacket. I admit to loving crossed placard fronts, and I like the style of this, so having more colors (and there are a lot) is very cool. (Hint: there's a lower layer in the pants style. Short of wearing it with a kilt -- which I would -- for guys, that layer is kind of useless. Unless you like walking around with your junk showing, but I could see where women could do it with a skirt layer; I kind of wish Dolce would do it that way for her unisex clothing. It's not a complaint, just a note -- there are plenty of layers to make it a versatile wear.)
And last, [!Impossible Fashion!] steps up to the style with this really nice suit with separate vest and shirt. This is a really nice sleek look and I love the pattern on the vest.

Also at Free Dove were these denim board shorts and tank courtesy of [SLAB]. I paired them with the new $40L color-change retro bolt Sneaks from HOC for a fun, frisbee-in-the-park, summer-is-coming, look.

And lest you think I'm only directing you to a place you guys are probably smart enough to visit more often than I am, have a little faith. Let me point you to [Fa'Shel's Wicked Design] and this group gift (yes, you have to join) that I like for all the more obvious reasons *grins*. The jeans are well done, and the shirt is fun and the rest of her men's stock isn't bad either.

So, this morning I took a little stroll through Hell's End (mostly because I like the kilts at emo*tions and you can never have enough kilts) and tripped over some shops and things I hadn't seen before. Hell's End is mostly Grunge/Neko/Metal with a healthy dose of Gor tossed in -- all mixed up in a Cuisinart and spilled across an urban apocalypse build.
I rounded off my morning with some familiar places, including KOSH for the weekly freebie -- This week is the "Brittle Set".

After so much casual, I thought I'd start a little more formally, but we'll get to the informal soon enough.
Also in the men's store is this free gift: Catwalk Grey polka dot shirt, with a satiny look. It's a short-waisted shirt, so if you don't want a little ab showing, you need high-waisted pants or a belt, or you can do as I did and where the bottom half of a t-shirt tuck to cover the gap so I could wear it with the jeans I got from Rockerwear's $25L sale a month or so back.
Now that I've shed the suit for jeans let me point you to A:S:S and urge you to both get on the Subscribo in the store and to check it often. These low rise jeans were a Midnight Mania win and the owner, Photos Nikolaidis, is known for loading his boards frequently and then pushing the delivery when he hits his numbers, which means he loads them up again. He's generous in his group gifts and his regular prices are incredibly reasonable.
There are also three sets of jeans for free above the gift bag and shirt.
The Bloody Heart shirt in this is a hold over from Hawker House's valentine gift, but fun and slightly different from the sweet valentine designs we saw in February. It's a shirt layer with a tuck (always nice) and I've set it off with Lapointe & Bastchild's "Gothica Death" spiked boots, also free, and just inside the men's gothic section.

The walking stick is from Dark Eternity and I'm not sure if it's still free or not, but it's a nice one. I cut off the silver tip at the bottom, because I'm a lousy photographer, but trust me, it's nice.

These seem to be from the designers "oops" file, but serviceable nonetheless.
I haven't gotten it yet so I can't show them to you but from what I know of Ravenlynn Templar's work it should be exceptional. While you are at LVS hit the subscribomatic to be informed of new releases and events. It won't take up group space and LVS hosts frequent events around holidays that are not to be missed for great deals.
Tigerlily Koi is celebrating her 2nd birthday and there is a celebration at her store, Calla. Behind the center counter there is another counter that is loaded with gifts. Skinkie Winkler of ~flirt~ has included a gift for the guys; this spectacular lily to fit on the lapel of a suit. It is stunning. I look forward to seeing what else she comes out with for men. I'm not sure how long the gifts will be available so I suggest you get down there ASAP if not sooner. I paired the flower with a free tux I found at Mirada on the Hairspray sim.
I had to rush right over to Beauty Avatar when I got the notice that there was a new gift out on the counter in her skin store. Yes it's a woman's skin, but the note also said that there were 6 tattoos too! I tried them on and decided that they were very gothy and certainly unisex.
This is the girls skin. It's called Selkis in Black. Isn't it beeeautifulishious? Ok, so my picture taking skills aren't really up to showing off skins, but trust me, I know quality when I'm lushiously all wrapped up in it. Tell your lady friends about it, I don't know if this is a limited time offer or not.
