Those old familiar places

In our rush to get to the next new, hot thing, it's easy to forget places that have been reliable sources of good products and wardrobe standards. One of those places is the [Free Dove] operated by Palomma Casanov. Palomma has been begging creators and offering wonderful freebies for years in Second Life, (as has Sarah Nerd) and was one of the first places I went when I came in world. It's worthwhile to revisit it every couple of months because while the offerings don't change out quickly, they do change and I was pleasantly surprised by some of the things I found (and in at least one instance, finally realized where I'd gotten a favorite accessory that I'd never been able to find again.)

Like most places, the men's section is much smaller than the women's but it's worth looking at most everything because so much really is unisex, or in the case of some designers, like Raven Pennyfeather at Rfyre, what's offered has versions for both men and women.

This is a basic black pant and turtleneck that Rfyre has at Free Dove. It's looks good on its own but pair it with the jacket you should have gotten at [ *jetcity* ] and you've got a stylin' casual look, good for any evening semi-formal outing.

Also at Free Dove were these denim board shorts and tank courtesy of [SLAB]. I paired them with the new $40L color-change retro bolt Sneaks from HOC for a fun, frisbee-in-the-park, summer-is-coming, look.

In that same box were three sets of eyes also from SLAB; I'm showing the Ice Brown and the Ice Light Purple here.

And lest you think I'm only directing you to a place you guys are probably smart enough to visit more often than I am, have a little faith. Let me point you to [Fa'Shel's Wicked Design] and this group gift (yes, you have to join) that I like for all the more obvious reasons *grins*. The jeans are well done, and the shirt is fun and the rest of her men's stock isn't bad either.

Last up is another favorite place of mine, [MAMESANDO] where you can find three packs of multi-color casual shirts and this very nice cross pendant. I put one shirt with the black cargo pants from [ **el trebol** ] I pointed you to a couple of days ago.

I can't find the turtleneck at all. I realise the link is broken, but even substituting it for a valid slurl only takes me to some female turtleneck at the Dove, one by a different creator.
