Time for Kicking Back...

After so many hunts and more starting in a couple of days, taking a break means easy to wear and easy to find. Photos Nikolaidis at [A:S:S] and Guen DeCuir's offering through DSN made that as easy as even I could want.

The A:S:S mainstore has moved - the space is bigger, easier to move in and leaves Photos a lot of room to expand -- all good things -- but I admit I miss the charm of his little shop in Fordham. Nonetheless, it's a well deserved move and to celebrate it, he's put up a little mini hunt -- three silvery stars are hidden in new shop, just waiting for you to find them.

The prizes are two shirts and a pair of low rise jeans: Grey stripes on the left (the red jeans are another gift from the [Energy] offerings in the GLBT Hunt), the yellow top and jeans on the right. The new [A:S:S mainstore is on the Space Illusion 2] sim. No secret that I really like Photos's work -- and although these are free, his regular prices are good too, and he's got a really creative mind when it comes to what guys will and won't wear that I appreciate a lot.

Another unlooked for gift came through the [Designer Showcase Network or DSN]. Guenevere DeCuir is a kick-ass DJ who regularly rocks the socks off people at Sanctuary Rock, Freakheim Funeral Home and at the club I work, Lounge of Dreams. (Her Saturday Night mash-up sets are well worth your time). Aside from being a great DJ, she's also a talented artist. She does some amazing tattoo and jewelry work for her shop [.:CoLLisions:.], and recently sent out samples through the DSN network along with a really nice bead bracelet called "Nurturing Power" in red.

The bracelet is basic and simple and a nice rich red without any need to glow; also unisex. I'm wearing it here with another gift from [Energy] and the GLBT Hunt -- black rainbow striped sweatpants (also in white, same pack.)

Some of the items I've received so far (and decided to blog):
- a complete outfit, skin and shape from Perfectionist;
- a couple of tees from *Vextra Messing*;
- a pack of eyes from Cipria Couture;
- sample poses from Lazy Places.




In the Perfectionist - Derelict pack I found a nice blue sweater complete of prim cuffs and two collars (with and without tie), a plaid jeans and boxer briefs (not showed).
I also found a skin, Anthony, with its shape, Anthony - slim.
I am not wearing the shape because I wanted to show this shoes.
Unfortunately are no mod and I needed to make a huge shape to fit them; this means that if you use a big-sized shape you can wear them but if you use normal size shapes, like I usually do, just forget about it.




Both t-shirts in polaroid frames are from *Vextra Messing*. Textures are detailed and unions are well done, I think I'll go check the store soon.
Yesterday I received a pack form the funny Joey Urqhart, owner of [NEVER TRUST A PIKEY!]. I met her in her store in Ganesha where she sell clothes and animations (btw, there is a freebie box with also two t-shirts for guys). She is working on contortion poses and anims, Freakshow, on the right the preview of two of them.
And I did my first female shape for this.
For the girls out there, the skin is a preview of the new Dutch Touch :StAr:: line and hair are from Tiny Bird Designer's Showcase samples pack.
The shoes? Well, no mod as well but not giant-sized. And pink.
