Sometimes things get messy

Every now and then you get in that mood; you might take it out on the dance floor or you might go looking for other kinds of energy release. SL has a little something for everyone, including those of us who like things to get a little messy from time to time. And if you are going to get messy, you might as well dress the part.

There's lots of places that let you push the edge, and no place does it better than [Little Britain Designs] where new sets are offered up every week, as freebies and in the Lucky Chairs, Midnight Mania boards and camping chairs. (All of which are back. LB has moved again, so make note of the slurl.)

This week's offering is Massacre (which may explain the mood, come to think of it.) If you are shy about showing your tush, you might want to wear a pair of boxers under this -- when LB rips something, it really gets ripped.

Not everything I have on is free, but the ticket price wasn't outrageous and it got pulled together from things I already had either from prior hunts or earlier purchases.

Top to Bottom though, the hair is Daniel - Mocha, a group dollarbie from [a.C Studios]. It comes in a fatpack of all colors and it's low prim, which if you inhabit any of the RP or Combat sims, can be a big plus. The rusty skulls necklace is a dollarbie from [KOSH], and the simple celtic belt is a lucky chair win from [Phoenix Design]

[RocX] has these leather kick boots for free to group members along with this Exo unisex hair (in three sizes). Join the group, get the gifts. No fighting at all.

Not Free: The glasses are [HOC]'s aviator glasses, $40-$50L, with changeable lenses and frames.

The wrist cuff is from [Dogma] and is not free but ran about $100L for a pair of them.

The bruises and blood are also from [RocX] -- around $180L, but a nice set if you want to look like you are ready to kick some ass. (Or get your ass kicked -- whichever works.)

Given that these clothes ended up a little worse for the wear, I hauled on something a little more durable -- and where better to find clothes that can stand up to what you throw at them, then hitting [KOSH] and see what presents Daizy Dumpling left out for us over the weekend.

What I got was this To-The-Bones purple tank and this very cool crossed plaid belt. The Manky jeans are also from Kosh and a nice looking buy for $77L.

Head scarf is from [Rockerwear] and their $25L sale. I picked up the [Solar Eyewear ~ Nash] shades from the freebie rack at [Fabulous Fashion TV], and I'm pretty sure they are still there.

Square cross is the previously blogged piece from Mamesando. The arm wrap is a Discovery hunt prize from [Neko Wonderland], and you're gonna recognize the denim leg wrap from [LikeA] - I find a lot of use for it.

Not free: Hair is from [booN], YKZ851 black and the leg belt is another purchase from [Dogma].

Now, I think I need a hot shower and some serious breakfast. Wouldn't want anyone to think I'd been in a fight or anything.

Not only did Little Britain move, they moved to a 'NoR' sim (which, when my friend went, was not specifically labeled as such). And instead of watching roleplayers, the staff was watching lucky chairs and getting uptight over a non-meter wearing, non-account holder flying.

Nothing against LBD, but man... that was irritating. Just adds to the list of bad experiences I have with that wannabe-RP "organization".

Huh. I didn't have any issues at all or catch anything in chat on any bad feeling. My guess is LBD is looking for a place with high enough traffic that their camping & lucky chairs won't get them accused of running traffic bots -- and which won't cost them the same month tier as a full region.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience. I honestly didn't even notice any RPers, metered or otherwise, but then again, I tend to trip in and out pretty quick.

Again, I don't blame LBD. With how much they've moved, I'm guessing they're looking for cheap rent. And my friend was banned from all of NoR now (and thus the LBD store), and if he wants to get it repealed, he has to register an account and file an appeal (aka apologee, even though he really didn't do anything other than get irritated) on their RP site.

Just... argh... I know them moving is a headache for them, but it's going to push out the actual buyers. I won't be upset if they move again.
