This skin and outfit reminded me so much of some Sean Paul music videos that I couldn't help to wear them along with the Discord Designs DeShaun hairstyle, dollarbie from the Hair Fair ended few weeks ago, and a tribal tattoo.
The outfit and the skin are the monthly gift from STYLES, a place I suggest to visit if you haven't done it yet. A jacket with prim cuffs and collar, pants and belt. Find the board at the entrance and pick it up (one for girls as well).
There is also a shape in the pack but I am not wearing it here.
The guns are a prototype of Hybrid, a nice designer for RPers. There is a free demo version on xstreet if you want to try them.
