The following down jacket is at the Tigerclaw Freebie area. At your landing point, turn left and close to a really BIG lightbulb you'll see a really BIG teleporter. It says TELEPORTER on the ground in front of it. Go up to the sky house and grab all the goodies there. There were 19 the last time I was there, but there could be even more now.

Word of warning: Gon Xue, the designer of Tigerclaw disables the teleporter sometimes when he's up there. Yes, I flew up and snooped. Don't judge me.

Now for something fun. This pirate outfit can be found at Go-Going Ark. It's a small place, so you won't have any trouble finding the freebies.

There's this outfit, the eye patch and a teleporter script that I haven't tried yet, but I'm hoping it's a good one : )

I camped for 20 minutes for the hat, and there's another camp item too, but I just can't remember what the hell it is.
