HALP!

D'oh! I lost the blogger bar at the top of the page. Ummmm...anybody know how to get it back?

I checked on Blogger and set up a practice blog to see if it were some setting you accidently changed. I didn't see a way to make the NavBar disappear, but the way you would change the NavBar's layout is to click on Customize your blog (upper right corner, i think) and then click on Layout. The very top element is NavBar - click on Edit.

There you can change the color of the NavBar. Perhaps by changing the color scheme on the NavBar might bring it back. Hope this helps.

I guess it would have been helpful if I had just searched Help before making a comment. There isn't much on NavBars, but your problem may be arising from posting through FTP. Here is a link to the help file:

@Book - Thanks for you help! I'm sure that's the problem since the NavBar element is still IN the layout options, whereas the template I'd had before made it disappear completely. I'm not awake enough to deal with HTML right now, but I'll add the code later.
