I might be a little slow about being made aware of this issue, but we ALL need to go here and vote NOW!
The brilliant minds at Linden Labs have taken it upon themselves to implement an unannounced change to the layering order of skins. This has already been done to the 1.23 viewer!
All of our skins are about to be rendered useless.
