Where exactly does the "Lucky Letter" show up? I waited for 10 minutes at the Outerwearlocation with no lucky letters seen...
Well its a Lucky Chair that changes the letter once every 10 minutes i think its right next 2 the pillar falow the red arrow inside in case you land outside:)
